Work plan
The project is divided into nine Work Packages (WP) that are clustered into three key areas of development. WP9 covers the overall management of EIRENE PPP.
Organisation cluster builds the governance, legal, financial, and organizational framework of EIRENE RI for the Preparatory, Implementation, and Operation phases.
Strategy cluster defines the scientific strategy of EIRENE RI based on analysis of the scientific and societal challenges, user needs, and corresponding technological set-ups, and prepares the framework and strategy for stakeholders’ engagement.
Operation cluster defines the EIRENE RI Services, sets-up the open-access (including virtual access to data) policies, ethical, legal and social implications (ELSA) of the EIRENE infrastructure, and prepares a pilot. WP9 deals with the project coordination and management, communication and dissemination of results.
